Chef Jen started her journey in high school cooking for families and learning her craft. This carried her through her summers' in college, which then allowed her to take her expertise to motherhood for her first 17 year job. Chef Jen started Jenerations in 2013. She is responsible for creating delicious foods and unique menus for each distinct event. She has a gift in pairing food and beautiful decor which only add to your day.
She was featured in the October 2018 issue of California Homes Magazine and Saute Magazine June 2019 and October 2019. Along with her owner/operator position at Jenerations, she is currently the event chef for Subzero-Wolf Appliances.
Greg Codde came to Jenerations in 2016. Greg has a divere skill set and a contracter's background. When Greg isn't in the kitchen he spends his days in his cabinet shop, making custom props Jenerations uses and rents. Greg is Chef Jen's right hand man in the kitchen. Coupled with his culinary skills, he is the light at every event. Greg's passion for making new friends and culinary delights are his specialties.
After a 31-year career in law enforcement, Mike was looking to pursue his new passion in the culinary field. He joined Jenerations in 2019, and being one of our newest additions, jumped in with both feet. As a son of a Pastry Chef, he is blessed with an innate baking and cooking skills, which compliment his desire for this new endeavor.
After a 35-year career of selling software and services to fortune 100 companies on a global and national level, John retired in 2017. He went to bartending school, and became Jenerations mixologist/ bartender in 2016. John has a passion for combining elixirs and creating extraordinary cocktails.
The JCrew is the reason Chef Jen loves her job. They are not only the backbone for Jenerations but they essential to every event.
